Ski & Snowboard Instructor Courses
4 Week Instructor Clinic + Paid Internship
The 4 Week Instructor Clinic + Paid Internship is an excellent way to become a certified ski instructor and gain valuable work experience in a relatively short period of time. This program blends a variety of skills-based training, industry certifications, paid work experience, expeditions throughout the Canadian Rockies and learning experiences related to Conservation Management, Leadership, Photography, Indigenous Relations and Risk Management.
Upon completion of the initial January 5th - February 3rd training program, students will have the opportunity to work as paid interns at Mount Norquay Ski Resort in Banff. Employment will vary from 2-5 days per week and also afford students to continue to train towards their Level 2 certification.
Students may continue to live in Timberline accommodation, simply paying rent on a month-by-month basis.
